Hands On DC 2006
Congratulations and thanks to all who participated in the Hands on DC 2006
work-a-thon on Saturday, April 29th!
APODCAA painted the hallway of Cardozo High School in DC.
By all accounts the day was a huge success, with over 2200 volunteers
performing more than 350 projects in 33 DC public schools, and over $13,000
in scholarship pledges raised by volunteers. That's a tremendous effort,
made possible by each and every person involved.
Thank you for your
continued support, for believing what a difference a day can make, and for
believing in our ability to build better school and brighter futures.
